In 1967 Sam Nowak founded Casa-Loma Construction with his wife Mary. They based their business on the idea that remodeling could be stress free with proper planning, good communication and minimal disruption of client's everyday lives. Then in 1986 with his Sons now working alongside him, Sam proudly changed the name to Sam Nowak & Sons Construction to reflect his family's involvement. When your name is on the business you better be committed, and we are. With the Nowaks; Tim, Travis, Sydney, Mary and Sam (pictured from left to right) involved you can be assured of our availability and promptness in addressing any concerns or questions you might have during the project.
Having been in the business since 1967 and completed hundreds of projects, we know what to expect and how to properly blend the new construction into the existing structure so it doesn't have that added-on look.

We provide written start and completion dates so you know exactly when your project will be finished. By using our own highly skilled crews and only a few select subcontractors who meet our strict standards (they've been with us for years), our projects are never left idle. Some other contractors may take six months to complete a simple room addition while they look for workers or new subcontractors, we can complete that same project in under 10 weeks!
Sam Nowak & Sons is licensed and insured. Construction is a competitive business. Unlicensed and/or uninsured individuals often represent our "competition", yet our price is oftentimes competitive with theirs. Our workers are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance. If someone is injured on your property and no WCI is in effect, you the property owners are liable. Also, we carry General Liability Insurance, again, for your protection.

Although least thought about but no less important is cleanliness and protection. We take every precaution to protect your property from the hazards of the construction process. Debris is not left to accumulate or work around for weeks which makes for a safe and efficient job-site.

We give honest, realistic prices, work to meet your budget and guarantee that the project won't cost more than the original contract. We are a 'Triple A' rated member of the Better Business Bureau, and have maintained a spotless record with the Contractors State License Board since 1967.
Yes! First, we can visit other completed projects in your neighborhood. Then we will identify whether they were done properly or point out where the project was compromised, or just plain done poorly. You would be amazed! What looked "beautiful" might not exactly be constructed well. Second, we can provide you with a list of our past clients whom you may call or visit and examine their projects.
